All suits sold by ST SUITS are custom-made and tailored individually for each customer. Every order is produced based on the customer’s selected size, measurements, style, and personal preferences.

In accordance with UK consumer law, custom-made and made-to-measure products are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period.

Therefore, please note the following:

• All sales are final

• We do not accept returns or exchanges

• No refunds are offered once an order has been confirmed

• Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once production has started

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all measurements, sizes, and order details provided at the time of purchase are accurate.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights in the event that an item is faulty, defective, or not made in accordance with the agreed specifications.
